Terms & Conditions of Sale
Welcome to my watery world—where each aquascape is crafted with care and every transaction is treated with kindness.

Shipping Spells

• I ship via Royal Mail within the UK, wrapping each relic in sturdy materials and protective charm to ensure safe passage.
• Dispatch occurs within 1-2 working days after purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• You'll receive a tracking link once your relic begins its journey. Shrimp not included.

Fragility & Care Promise

While every piece is robustly assembled, many relics feature delicate elements—especially rare wood and stone—that deserve gentle handling.
To help with minor mishaps, I include a 5g aquarium-safe glue with each order.

If your relic arrives in a state that cannot be repaired, I kindly ask that you:

• Contact me and open a return request through eBay within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and packaging.
• Use the return process provided by eBay, where I supply and cover the cost of the return postage label.

Once the item has been safely returned and received, a full refund will be issued in line with eBay's buyer protection process. 

Most arrive safe and sound, ready to enchant.

Ordering Wisdom

• Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. Dimensions, materials, and magical aura are included.
• Custom creations are available upon request—timelines will depend on the complexity of your vision.  Please see the commission a relic page for details.

All finished pieces are sold and fulfilled through my established eBay store, where payment, shipping, and buyer protections are handled through eBay's secure platform.  Please review the listing details on eBay for shipping times, return eligibility and eBay's purchase protections.
